-The npc is now capable of welding any human weapon, like smgs and combine rifles, pistols etc
it comes with his own gun arm but you can change it for any weapon you have (made for human npcs)

-updated the model, textures, sound and other stuff
-the npc now uses the "VJ HUMAN BASE" that means that i will behave like a human npc (mostly)

-Fixed the muzzle flash showing on the GROUND instead of the cannon when shooting (i can't see the muzzle flash but other people do see it, i might be missing files)
