added loudspeakers with a switch nearby to every major/fortified MRSM camp, zeus can make it look like there was an alarm or smth and play the 'alarm sound' if the players attack the camp.

updated the world abit, more loot and changed the markers abit

made la riviere's MRSM camp be more fortified.

added more stuff to the northern quarantine zone to make it look more 'guarded' and established an MRSM camp

replaced the now non-existant rifleman (katiba) with a scout (katiba) so no more things are popping up
