Updated end of both charts to have rush notes (as it rightfully should've been). These charts will have the difficulty name with "(Rush)" at the end
Since it's not possible to play a chart with rush notes in old PHB, I have decided to keep the old charts so they can still be played there.

- Change Extra Extreme ending slightly. Should a little less stupid (I hope)

- Added Extreme Chart
- Slight changes to Extra Extreme
