Updated the base to the newest current version.

Upgraded textures of recticles for better visibility and way to fix the mw2019 missing sniper scope recticle after the compression

The Lazy Update Changelog:
-Updated the base and changed the version of Jnasher's: MW Base Modified
-Recompressed the textures for faster loading (and to be sure everything is up to date)
-Integrated Realistic Extented Attachments and MWU Legacy Official ATT Supplement Pack
-Removed some broken enchatments because of the new updates
-Changed the modified impact sounds with "Modern Warfare 2019 Impact Sounds Overhaul"
