adjusted player limit/kick button layout. Fixed extra players' levels not showing.

Added extra buttons for setting lobby size and kicking players (sorry if they're too small. had to work with the space I was given). changed exe name.

Added coloured pings for the extra players. Added coloured lights for extra players' deathboxes and ghosts. changed version to mp1.3.0

Added the missing purple ghost model. MY BAD LOL

Added coloured ghost models and death boxes (with icons) for the extra players.
Made death boxes actually ping on minimap.
