Plasma Launcher:
-Projectile speeds increased from 6.5/4/1.5 m/s to 8.5/5.5/2.5 m/s (this should improve usability and prevent you from -running into your own shots)
-Projectile direct damage range increased from 30/40 to 40/50
-Bug Fix: Plasma Launcher arm now works with ExoVariantMixin (no more console spam due to exo skins).
-Bug Fix: Projectile controller for plasma launcher now properly separated from the original projectile controller class (no more super speed bilebomb and spit).

Railgun:
-Projectile damage range increased from 30/40 to 40/50
-Bug Fix: Damage falloff removed for railgun. Range is still capped at 30 m!
