reverting back to dynamic props for fan housing model as static breaks them???

fixed a bug where the cooling fan would break when active

fixed the rotating wind up threshold so that it spins up at 50% instead of 1%

made the fan housing models static instead of dynamic

fixed a bug where the "2" button below the red button did not fire its output
