Fix config value being set to 20 instead of being variable.

Add fixes for different numbers of max skillpoints and console commands to reset points and level up.

Added support for Wortox, Wendy and Walter skilltrees.

Refactored code into different files.
Added possibility to have different levels for different characters.
Fixed issue of having max 15 points.
Fixed issue of overwriting original values, which broke some saves.
Fixed not properly working for different worlds.

Added xp and lvl on skilltree widget. Added unlock conditions removing.
Fixed too many insight points breaking other worlds.
Fixed insight points being removed if player respawns as another character.
Fixed config options being not chosen correctly due to float shenanigans.

Fix for config options being always on.
