- Having no weapon should no longer cause issues

- 0 Perk limit now disallows all Perks, instead of being unlimited (This was kinda dumb so I changed it.)

- Added a basic Perk Limit setting

- Fixed Antlions burrowed in the ground causing errors

- The function for getting holdtypes is still broken

I did my best to fix the damage not applying to weapons.

- GetHoldType() is fucking broken or something

It's a basic function and it should work perfectly fine. But apparently not. I don't even understand how or why it's broken.

- Apparently there's a problem with holdtypes or something (I have no fucking idea how to replicate the error so this is the best you're gonna get)
