This patch is brought to you by Colonel Crazy, who is trying to get Microsoft Sam legal in brackets! Apparently he was very low tier in his previous state so this patch buffs his movement speed and attacks significantly, as well as weakening more polarising moves, to generally make him a more well rounded character. I made some minor tweaks but this is almost entirely Colonel's work, so huge thanks!

MICROSOFT SAM - COLONEL CRAZY'S PATCH

==general==
+ 4 new alts added! 2 as "personal alts" for radrobbie and colonel, and two normal alts.

==stats==
- Microsoft Sam is lighter now. (.9 -> 1.05 KBA)
+ However in return, he's a bit faster too. (3.25 -> 4 Walk Speed, 5.5 -> 6.5 I.Dash Speed, 6 -> 7 Dash Speed)

==balance==
+ Jab comes out quicker and lost it's whiff. (Frame 7 -> Frame 5)
- To compensate, it's generally weaker. (8% -> 5%)
- Jab also has more endlag. (14/18)

- FTilt & UTilt comes out about 1 frame later. (Frame 7 -> Frame 8)
+ DTilt not only comes out a frame earlier, but it's knockback scaling got adjusted so it can combo easier. (.7 -> .3)

+ DAttack endlag is much quicker now. (35/45 -> 17/27)
= The last two hitboxes on DAttack properly show up on Woodcock too.

+ NAir comes out 2 frames earlier and ends much quicker (Frame 9 -> Frame 7, 12/18 -> 8/14 endlag)
= NAir does equal damage on both sides (7/5 -> 6/6)

+ FAir comes out 1 frame earlier (Frame 11 -> Frame 10)

- BAir is no longer the quickest move Microsoft Sam has (Frame 5 -> Frame 7)

+ UAir comes out quicker! (Frame 13 -> Frame 9)
+ Additionally, UAir's projectile stays out longer (25 -> 28 lifetime)

+ DAir comes out 2 frames earlier (Frame 16 -> Frame 14)
+ DAir knockback scaling buffed (.6 -> .5)

- FStrong comes out 3 frames later (Frame 9 -> Frame 12)
+ In return, the last FStrong hitbox launches further (7 -> 9 BKB)

- UStrong is slower (Frame 11 -> Frame 15)
- UStrong's final hitbox does less damage (8% -> 4%, overall damage 18% -> 14%)

+ DStrong launches slightly further (8 -> 9 BKB)
- DStrong is almost twice as slow (Frame 9 -> Frame 16)
= DStrong's angle changed too (90 -> 75)

+ FSpecial lasts a bit longer (90 -> 110)
+ FSpecial's no longer as bad when going up

- Lvl 3 Error DSpecial projectile is no longer fucked up bruh (10 -> 9 BKB, 1.2 -> 0.8 KBS)
= Lvl 1 & Lvl 3 Error DSpecial projectiles now have .3 Hitpause scaling.

v2.0

This was very impulsive, but this patch significantly changes Microsoft Sam for the better, enough that I'm gonna call it 2.0!

NSPECIAL has been reworked! Now, in addition to attacking error messages, you can now activate error messages by hitting opponents into them! This makes error messages considerably more useful for finishing or extending combos, since you no longer need to be right next to your opponent and the error message to get any use from them.
* Error messages can be activated by sending opponents into their range
* Lvl 1 (Info) damage is 10%
* Lvl 1 angle is 361°
* Lvl 1 knockback is 8
* Lvl 1 knockback scaling is 0.2
* Lvl 2 (Warning) damage is 10%
* Lvl 3 (Critical) damage is 15%

FSPECIAL has also been reworked! Now it is cancellable after hitting an opponent, which makes it a lot more useful in most situations.
* Changed sound of FSPECIAL, now only plays on hit
* FSPECIAL is cancellable on hit (iasa_script)
* FSPECIAL sends at a higher angle (361 -> 60)
* Increased number of frames in window 4 of FSPECIAL (5 -> 3)
* Increased number of frames in window 5 of FSPECIAL (16 -> 18)
* FSPECIAL attack can now be used with c-stick

UAIR is reworked... but overall nerfed. It can't kill anymore, but it's better at hitting players offstage. This is to incentivise people to use errors to get kills instead of this cheap move, lol.
* Increased hitbox lifetime of UAIR (20 -> 25)
* Increased UAIR damage (11 -> 8)
* Increased knockback scaling of UAIR (0.9 -> 0.5)
* Added projectile h-speed multiplier of 1.2x

USTRONG is slightly more consistent now
* Lowered angle of top multihit hitbox of USTRONG (70 -> 60)
* Decreased BKB of top multihit hitbox of USTRONG (2 -> 1)
* Increased BKB of bottom multihit hitbox of USTRONG (2 -> 3)

FSTRONG doesn't kill at absurdly low percents anymore
* Increased angle of FSTRONG (40 -> 361)
* Decreased knockback scaling of FSTRONG (1.2 -> 0.9)
