Just a few changes on modinfo

Not only fixed but also revamped to be able to handle up to 1000 - and more. Check the description for details.

Tested manually up to 40.

Added from 30 to 300. Hope this satisfies all the crazy people out there

Changed from 13 to custom number.

Please remember to add configuration file to server now that this has changed! Also default is 12, not 13!

Just correcting writing details on the mod. No bugfix.
