Overhaul to all sfx for new weapons including:
New phaser sfx
New disruptor sfx
New spiral-wave sfx (using ST:I phaser)
New photon sfx
New plasma torpedo sfx
New plasma beam sfx

Updated the colours of cardassian and federation phaser, to make them look less alike. Remove point defence completely form the game.

Removed point defences and cutting beams, not very star trek.

Increased the arc on disruptions to 135 degrees

Added large variant for beam weapons

Bigger change today, replace lots of the icons,
Added the Klingon disruptor, tech, weapon, sfx, gfx
Adjusted starting techs
Adjusted ship components, so turrets are fixed. Allows arc usage for weapon firing.

Plasma charge weapon removed (kept the tech to allow custom ship mods to work [prerequisite])

Added generic photo torpedo to Cardassians, Feds, and Klingons, created 5 tiers of this last being quantum.

Added 5 tiers of plasma torpedo including techs, icons, animations etc.

Reduced starting weapons to be empire specific.

Re-added big_bomb_1 tech to prevent crashes with custom ship mods, unfortunately this means plasma charge will appear as a valid choice for all empires.

Reduced the brightness of Klingon phaser, altered the red slightly to make it darker.

Made fallback replace option for districts, so will replace current type with empire type for cities.

Added Cardassian Spiral-Wave base weapon(techs graphics etc), 10% lower dmg, 10% higher accuarcy

Removed armour penetration from Romulan beams, felt a bit overkill

Changed starting techs, removed cloaking (seems its broken in the game right now)

Changed starting techs to be player specific weapons only, will add balance. (Later remove this, flag starting weapon)

Just image changes and main files, including district change for all cities, change to starting techs, and addition of Klingon specific phasers, also made some techs specific to some races, eventually all removals will have a race specific replacement.
