Changed default grenade icon
Added ability to enable/disable visibility of non-lethal grenades like smokes, chemlights etc
Optimised the code
Icon now scales depending on the distance
Removed all the functionality with grenades making impact noises when they hit ground in MP, cause with the newest update it is now part of base game.
