fixed some errors

added "dependsondifficulty" tag to my npcs
their spawns should depend on difficulty

default npcs should spawn as usual

added aimspeed="0.8" aimaccuracy="0.75"
to the guards
this is parameters of "banditleader" from abandoned outpost
this should make them more human

removing random from spawn function

guards were made for squads and random selection breaks them

i couldn't find 'fun' random parameters so i removing it completely

gave revolver ammo to npc who have revolvers

added more unique weapons for guards

removed stun and explosive grenades from rifle

removed explosive spears from harpoon coil rifle

on 35% only shotguner have body armor

tested up to 35%, everything above is probably unbalanced mess

adding more variations of realdoctor

it turns out that bots don't know how to treat poisoning with stabilozine, so i gave them antidotes instead
