1) water has been touched now a little, but still the ground textures below will get way more work

2) Good point on the railway splines, i tried a different layout

3) Good point on the heavy cover on close to base points, i tried a little different there

4) For the base sector layout I am a little divided, on one hand i think you're right, a bazooka squat can create a lot of damage to the base... on the other hand i think it could also create some interesting scenes or base defense fights...for the moment i covered the problematic areas and windows

5) Center Layout issues, fixed

6) Changes to the resource layout and quantity of fuel, fixed
