-Added some exceptions for adjacent fort penalty
-Ex-dominion subject now are able to regain their name and color
-Dominions now keep their basic estates
-Dominions should have now modifier with their overlord and vice versa
-Silverforge mission 'expanding administration' now takes into account HB admin ideas instead of vanilla ones (might cause compatibility issues)
-Mulen hanging gardens are back
-Standing army artificiery integration changed from special unit force limit to special unit force limit + all of special unit fraction's modifiers (did that since i couldn't find one modifier for all of them, feel free to tell me)
-Nationalism now have additional 2.5% adm eff to reduce mallus from purging
-Heroism ideas buffed (i guess). Mercs can be now drilled, split, and with elite mercenaries gov reform, they do not cost proffesionalism. Verkal Gulan gone wild
-Central planning province modifeir after clicking decision should not appear anymore

-Fixed localisation for sailor conscription
-Sailor conscription now requires finished amphibious or highseas ideas (Im just feeling that is just fitting, you wouldn't use that option much anyway, so if you play a naval focused nation it will be just a nice addition to it)

-Fixed Central planning / Bonuses still stay there even after reducing infrastructure but oh well, nobody uses that i guess?
-Added Amldihr area to exceptions for "adjacent for penalty", turtle up!
-Fixed estate privileges / Updated them to new way of handling them in files (cossacks for lake fed should be working now :d)

Partialy fixed Centralism ideas:
- Bonuses from improve infrastructure appear without ideas picked, but they do appear.
- Also in original HB there was probably no way (hard to test that when this didn't work lol) to decrease these bonuses so they will stay even after deleting ideas completly (when i manage to fix 1st problem that will start to be relevant)
- Will fix that whenever i will have time :)

Also found out hard way that i will have to make compability mod for doge's trade goods since some buildings, namely forts, ramparts and mage towers get just bugged

Also2, i've managed to cut my load times to 2min. The answer? Disable completly windows defender, lol
