- Ramparts are now only buildable on forts. If there are missions which collide with that, just let me know in comms
- Mage towers are unlockable with industrial ideas, if you went full on artificery

(I might add new manufactory just for them in future as mage towers are much more important with existence of adj fort penalty and now, new ideas)

Updated for new release of anbennar with new balance on almost all military ideas + some from other groups
(Naval = Highseas but game refuses to acknowledge that)
