Very minor fix to the Yeshiva dynasty legacy.

Minor, incomplete fix for the new version/DLC

Latest update: New icon for the fortification legacy, made by zswzxc :)

(1)New fortification legacy that could make your domain more sturdy, but also that of your kinsmen, who may be your enemies - So it might also backfire against you making a civil war much longer :)

(2)Buffed up the travelers and innovator legacies. Being innovating should now be a valid path for a dynasty rather than a weak perk :)

(1)Added backgrounds and icons to the hunt activities.

(2)Witch MAAs are now stronger because it felt like they're too weak compared to regular skirmishers considering you have to spend 5 legacies to unlock them.

(3)Deleted some old files left by Dr Jimothy because they have 0 usage within the mod + I have no idea what exactly he wanted to accomplish and he said he scrapped these ideas anyhow. Therefore there was no use to keep worthless files within the mod as it just makes it larger taking more space on your computer and more initialization time when loading the game.

Minor fixes for English localization and adding German localization.

Minor changes to how the files are sorted and some #s added. Nothing major. I wanted to add more grand tournaments for Champions but it got pretty buggy so until I can fix that it won't be added to the mod :(
