NEW: Logic to randomize if the unsatisfying relics take the place of their vanilla counterparts.

It's based on game seed and you'll only see one or the other of any given pair.
e.g. If Ruined Pyramid is in your run, you won't see Runic Pyramid etc.

NEW: Dead Cultist Headpiece can now be given as a reward(?) from the Face Trader event.

FIX: Dead Cultist Headpiece should not correctly prevent speech bubbles from appearing.
