Minor decoration fixes

Fixed slop at the bottom of the slide, reworked some decorations around the slide.

Replaced second vault-cave spike pit with a slide. This also serves as an exit incase you get trapped in the vault-cave on a reload or island refresh.

Added a button to one of the energy walls inside the bank. This will allow you to escape if you get stuck in there on a reload or island refresh.

Fixed some assets in the vault cave that went into the grapple puzzle bellow.

Added some blocks around the cave area to try and prevent things spawning in there.

Added more elevator and sinkhole decorations.
Added temporary metal decorations to the glyph pads until we get the ability to add glyphs to them.
