Fixed Wivien's build replacement

New mod icon and images

Some attempts to fix Wivien's animations when the world load (Wivien still loses her revive animation).

Wivien has a favorite food now: breakfast skillet.

Added Wivien's novel book and pages, functionality coming soon.

Fixed big issue with the client-side code. Wivien currently works for clients on servers and worlds with caves in most cases.

Sanity:DoDelta function replaced by the dapperness component on the moon form

Wivien doesn't leave a skeleton after death now (because she is ghost by the lore)

Dark Wivien can now eat Nightmare fuel which will restore 70 hunger.

Added a new Moon Wivien's form! In Moon form she recover 1 sanity per second and cannot transform into Dark form

...and added a lot of bugs with anim builds when a world loaded (or a wardrobe used)
