Notable Changes:

-Add an event chain of JAP-US diplomatic maneuvering before Pearl Harbor attack
-Rework Great Pacific Game decisions of US to unlock escalating sanctions on Japan
-Add some decisions/events to Japan establishing puppet government/military forces in China

-Add starting introduction events to Japan and US, with AI speeches by the female announcer from Battlefield 1
-American Isolationism spirit blocks US from applying embargo
