Minor bug fix

Just one last tweak to the generation, I hope

Add a additional checker to see if the number of boards is reduced when adding a note

Major Update:
Overhauled the puzzle generation, thus reducing the amount of time it takes to generate the module.
Feel free to run a bomb with 101 Planet X modules without any fear of it taking too long to load.
