Small improvements

Added prefix mode for history.
Paramter "prefixMode = 1" in gothic.ini
0 - no prefix
1 - prefix for manual quickloot only
2 - prefix for auto quickloot only
3 - prefix for auto and manual quickloot

Small update for munition

- Autoloot can't be take munitions. need take via usual quickloot. (RMB or V)
- In battle usual quickloot will be not work, only autoloot.

Improved compatibility with other plugins.

Minor improvements

- Fixed compatibility with ShowArmor=1
- Items highlighted only if work of autoloot. Usual quickloot there will be no highlighting.
- Added another highlighting option, in the form of animation. You can select from the menu.

In combat mode, prohibited get up arrows.
