- "Totem of the Wild" - a new ability that summons a pet similar to the Warfare banner. Significantly strengthens all allies, increases resistance to status effects, but reduces fire resistance (incomplete list of effects).

NPC changes:
NPCs with health bars in the first four acts have been significantly reworked:
- New NPCs have been added to the first three acts. They can be found in various encounters across the world;
- Increased stats;
- Given passive and some active abilities;
- Weapons and armor correspond to their level and drop upon death
- Items also now drop from NPCs in Act IV. Unique items drop from NPCs in Elysium (fully compatible with the vanilla game).
- Like mobs, they can now be equipped with a small chance of epic and legendary items;
- Now belong to the "Humankind" race
- NPCs in Elysium also belong to the "Ghost" race.
Changes do not apply to NPCs that cannot die.

Proxy changes:
- Many mobs now appear in small numbers in earlier acts;
- Most "cut-scene" pools have been updated.

Item changes:
Seal of the Vigilant
- Required Intelligence reduced from 200 to 100;
- Now reduces damage from Deity instead of Telkine.
Arcane Purifier:
- Now increases damage to Deity instead of Telkine.
Smertrios Bracers:
- Now increases damage to Deity instead of Telkine.
Gram:
- Now increases damage to Deity instead of Telkine.
