Fixed bug where you couldn't grab title belt on "Epic Arena" title ladder matches

Added Gold Standard, a Money in the Bank style briefcase that can be used as a reward and appears during career mode, useable in Exhibition and Booker mode too if the user chooses. See video on my youtube channel Street_BB to learn more.

Added logic so you can't have a cage and a ladder match at the same time. Also fixes the weapon spawning so if you add too many weapons to outside of ring, it lowers the count of weapons it tries to add till it can spawn the briefcase etc above the ring.
