trying again to fix the missing texture error

removed the custom texture on top of the map for now becuase i can't figure out how to actually have it show in game and its causing problems for people where they aren't able to load into the map because of it

made the start and end buttons trigger_multiple entities as per the request of oligarhs so that they can be used with the kz plugins
