+ Fixed ramp bug on surf ramps by making the textred part not solid and adding an invisible clip brush over the seam
+ Added a env_combined_light_probe_volume so player models and lighting looks normal
+ Sealed level with skybox
+ Added team_select entity for a pretty team select menu
