Changed a lot of upgrade paths for the skills and put in a modified version of Paladin's pillars. Fixed two branching upgrade paths for different skills that were not working as well.

Fix for weird Celestial Orb behavior working at incorrect distances.
Mainhand equipment fix changing to wizard only on level transition.
