Fixed the deconstruction contamination not contaminating.
Increased the strength of the "Overheating" affliction on the Incendium Rod, it's a really hot rod after all.

Fix the missing pill audio (whoops)

Fixed the incendium cartridge being uncraftable in certain cases
Fixed depleted fuel. You can now store it in the radioactive material crates
