Fixed missing textures on pickup truck

Added door sound

Now only one gunship can be active at a time, done to prevent them from getting stuck on eachother
Fixed issues with buttons
Fixed machine gun lights not moving
Removed spawn room camera
Added a cubemap in the spawn room
Changed the console model near the top of the main building
Edited the dirt floor slightly
Locker doors can now be closed
