added 5 new recipes:

painted wall block
plaster block
striped net block

fixed wrong UUID for paint so it uses paint ammo instead of paint buckets

fixed recipe for tank tracks to take 1 controller and engine instead of 50 (lol)

actual fix for recipes not loading (thanks for the help Fant and QM)

rookie mistake, forgot to save the fix lol

fixed a pretty massive formating error from my end causing the mod to not work lol
