* Reworked duplication feature. Should now be stable when it comes to props, and also support NPC to NPC weld

+ Duplicator support for NPC<-Prop and Prop<-NPC. Spawning such dupes requires NPC Weld to still be installed

Added tool note in spawnmenu, also fixed error throw when trying to unparent an object without parent
