Increased the amount of smoke tiles created when any War Owl summon is defeated from 5 to 15.

Fixed an issue that caused the two new chests in acts 2 and 4 to not contain any "Fragile War Owl Whistles".
The two chests have been replaced, so if you already picked one up, but are still in the act, you can go back and grab it again.
Adjusted multiple skill description to make them easier to understand.

Fixed two cases where status durations weren't as intended: "Deaf" now lasts as long as intended, instead of ending early on the Trained War Owl, and "Marked" has the correct duration on both the Trained and the Veteran War Owl.
Slightly increased the damage scaling of "Avian Dirge" from 105% to 110%.
