Updating to match latest MCC Build.

- Fixed disappearing overshield equipment (gave it the same model as the Invincibility equipment and made it green as a placeholder)
- Made changes to the Needler.
- Fixed spawns for gamemodes, Territories in particular.
- Added a few extra fusion coils for funsies.

- Reupload as the previous upload didn't seem to make any changes for some reason.

- Adjusted hill marker sizes for Territories, Assault and KOTH.
- Fixed floating objects on the map.
- Slightly modified Magnum, and gave it new firing effects so that it sounds different from the Pistol.
