Optional files added for testing. Solar for SV+HV and Medicine Stations from CV/BA for SV+HV. Simply rename the two files with their original names if someone wants to test them.

BlocksConfig_SolarMedi.ecf.bak
Templates_SolarMedi.ecf.bak

Both seem to work but the medicine stations do not scale correctly in terms of the models.
