Spawn locations adjusted
Increased the number of explosive barrels around the map
added spawn spectator
Hotel stairs made to be smaller for a chance to push people to death
a few ragdolls removed to make the map run better

Fixed an issue with a song breaking the map and removed a few to make the map run better as audio files make the map weird and we had a lto of them. removed some props to make the map run better and moved some weapons around the map.
