Upped the compounding cost of the Misfeed to 10 (from 7), removed the tube launcher buff and debuff, reduced the health, DT and functioning threshold. This is in response to someone abusing them to get a 100% reload reduction in a 6k fleet which is not the intention behind having this as a component.
