updated mod thumbnail because i felt like it

- Added a turbo mode for no reason other than thinking it'd be really cool
- Added the visor from Balloonist Costume as a toggleable cosmetic for the same reason

Added dye support!

also changed how the jetpack is given to the player which means it shouldn't require a game restart now
