Fixed the missing European buildings, fixed trees on roads, fixed broken nodes, fixed roads and added a savegame where the game has been running for 8 years.

Added an extra savegame: one with the original setup, where tile G7 is under construction, and one where all buildings at G7 have been build.

Small fixes on roads, removed trees on roads and railroads, added some missing buildings
