- Remade sound emmiting for Nihilanth based on scripts/npc_sounds_nihilanth
- Particles on rock attack
- New sounds for teleprop attack

- New flinching for Nihilanth
- Improved Gonarch taking damage
- Added russian localisation for Nihilanth(can be turned on in settings)
- Added Nihilanth's voice lines on spawning Gonarch and after killing it
