- Added 6 missing Coach Incoming lines when Warning about the incoming Horde (damn Coach got robbed with this one)

- All Survivors now have lines in custom maps when the escape is available, running to the escape & waiting at the escape
- Bumped Rochelle's Ellis specific defib line chance to 60% (from 50%)
- Added 2 unused Coach lines as suggested by Seth (alternate takes. I know more of these exist but I won't go out of my way to find them)
- Moved L4D1 Survivor Taunt & Hurrah lines to their respective responses.
- Added two ReactionPositive lines to Louis' NiceJob Response.
- Added four ReactionPositive lines to Zoey's NiceJob Response.
- Added "Come on, come on! You're okay!" line to Louis' UsingDefibrillator Response.
- Removed "Hang on, I gotcha!" line from Bill's UsingDefibrillator Response. Added "I gotcha. You're gonna make it!" and "Come on, get up!" lines to Bill's UsingDefibrillator Response.
- Added 2 unused lines to Coach's Nags to get on the boat in Swamp Fever and Hard Rain (They are also used in the Generic GetToVehicle Response when in the Rescue Vehicle).
- Added 1 unused line to Ellis' Nags to get on the boat in Swamp Fever and Hard Rain (It's also used in the Generic GetToVehicle Response when in the Rescue Vehicle).
- Nick's "The boardwalk still smells like popcorn and this back alley still stinks like piss." now only has 60% chance to play instead of always.
- Remarks about the Whispering Oaks Billboard now only play if Coach is Alive.

- KillConfirmationMelee lines chance increased to 20% (now matches the chance with Ellis' Spitter KillConfirmation lines)
- Ellis KillConfirmationMelee & KillSpitterConfirmation lines now have the same priority (game will now pick either instead of always choosing KillConfirmationMelee)
- Thanks lines after being gifted an item now play earlier
- Revamped TransitionSolo lines for Bill & Louis
- Added rare Coach GetToVehicle line (everyone must be alive)

- Removed NotInCombat requirement from saferoom dialogue (fixes saferoom dialogue being able to be delayed to a point where talk gets reapplied)

- When saferoom dialogue plays, additional time is added before survivors can vocalize
- The initial wait for being able to talk in saferooms is now 15 seconds (instead of 20)

*This should ensure that the wait before being able to talk is minimal, while also preventing vocalizations during the dialogue if it does exist.
There are however 3 2 small caveats to this:
1. In some instances you can vocalize before the dialogue plays (mostly the cause of bots), whereafter it will again be blocked when it starts
2. When playing with mixed survivors, dialogue might start, but won't finish, leading to a longer wait time
3. Players using ion's vocalizer will also be blocked from speaking during the saferoom dialogue (doesn't happen in the first chapter)

This is still experimental, and might be changed

Another good find from Beel (Kind of like Chimi's ["Mission Lost" Voice Lines] but different I swear)
- Survivors won't call for help anymore once they've failed a chapter
- Survivors can sometimes swear when losing
- If only 1 survivor remains their incapped line will be more negative

*The inconsistent nature of these rules are why I've removed them.
The wait for being able to talk in saferooms is now 20 seconds and an additional 10 seconds if it's the start of the campaign.
Yes this does mean that sometimes you can talk before the saferoom dialogue has finished, but I honestly don't care anymore.
