Hotfix
- Fixed a typo that caused Ellis to not play his Teamkill lines

- L4D1 reaction lines when someone is incapped outside the saferoom will now work with L4D2 survivors (also confined all non-character specific lines)
- Added a rare Bill convo when together with a L4D2 survivor in the saferoom while Coach is incapped outside of the saferoom
- Added unused Ellis line "Why bless your heart" when thanking survivors (uncommon)
- Added unused Coach line "That's actually not a bad story" when Ellis talks about their adventure in Dead Center
- Added missing Grenade Launcher spotting lines to the L4D1 survivors
