- Added Cheeta's Circuit Sparks Outfit as PM and NPC, and the outfit hat as a prop.

- Fixed Cheeta's Default Outfit wrist breaking during weapon animations.
- Added toe bones for the Dorm Outfit.
- Adjusted AO for the Dorm Outfit.

- Removed some unused materials.
