Added Alpha Memes support. Their Sadist meme will have torture as always a precept.

1.6 updates:
Tortures and mutilations now work on creepjoiners.
Re-added neutroamine and meaty growths. Growths can be harvested via surgery for drops, or killed and butchered.

Added new option to auto mutilate pawns. Select this from the Prisoner tab and mutilations will be scheduled regularly, assuming the proper research is unlocked and no other operations are scheduled.

1.5, hopefully fixed issue with torture options not showing up for creepjoiners. Let me know if it doesn't work.
Also, it should no longer be possible to torture babies. However, torturing children (you heartless monsters!) should work fine now. Only tested on 1.5.

* Updated the descriptions (grammar, correctness, etc), fixed spelling errors, etc for nearly every torture, recipe, and def
* Added five new tortures: puncturing eyes and ears, knee- and elbow- capping, and mangling feet. That's ten more ways you can add fun for your prisoners!
