- Region roomsettings have been completely redone, notably palette changes
- Completely reworked and balanced creature spawns. No more double spawns or barren exterior
- The Night Terror no longer uses a den to spawn, so it can pursue much more effectively
- Our Memory Crypts extension has been *extended* to have more rooms
- Added compat for ULTRAKILL Style Region Titles mod
- Re-added the acid to past GW
- Iterator exterior backgrounds have a fresh new look
- Removed VS/Pipeyard from the world
- Photomaniac spawns somewhere else
