+Uncharged Dspecial travels between platforms just like Charged Dspecial

this was something that was meant for the initial release of 2.0, but the coder got busy with irl things. So here it is, a bit late to the party.

SQUIGLY 2.0 IS HERE

~~BUFFS~~
+Fspecial now reaches farther behind (cancel combos are a bit more easy with it)
+Fspecial now restores djump on hit
+Fspecial startup reduced from 18 -> 16
+Fspecial charged travel time decreased from 65 -> 55 (same time as the uncharged version)
+Fstrong now has proper lerp code to link better
+Dattack now has proper lerp code to link better
+Dattack endlag reduced from 20 -> 18
~Dattack initial hitbox bkb reduced from 8 -> 6
+Strongs can now be b-reversed on cancels
+Ftilt 1 now has very slight bit of hspeed (2)
+Dspecial air (uncharged) now restores djump on hit
+Dspecial air no longer ignores projectiles
+Dspecial airs hurtbox trimmed a bit in the tail
+Dspecial air spike bkb and scaling increased from 4 bkb .55 scaling -> 6 bkb . 65 scaling
+Dspecial air late hit angle changed from 361 -> 50
+Dspecial air hitpause increased from 6 .5 -> 8 .8
+Charged Dspecial air finisher scaling increased from 1 -> 1.1
+Dspecial ground now has its upper half of its body invuln during active frames (similar to uspecial)

+Charged Nspecial air will now have its original .9 hitstun mulitplier (both of these changes just mean charged nspecial kills you harder)

now that fspecial lost its projectile property, i buffed parts of dspecial to better play the role as the anti zoning tool for her

~~NERFS~~
-Fspecial no longer breaks projectiles
-Nspecial air hitstun multiplier decreased from .9 -> .85
-Fstrong height decreased
-Fstrong endlag increased from 20 -> 23
-Fair endlag increased from 10 -> 12
-Dair endlag increased from 10 -> 12
-Jab 1 endlag increased from 8 -> 10 (no more jobbles hopefully)
-Charge Dspecial airs finisher angle changed from 80 -> 70 (why was it like this)
-Dattack startup increased from 7 -> 9

~~REWORKS~~
+Strong stance now has access to an airstrong if charged (its based on her jhp)
The airstrong is a multihit giant move that doesn't kill but functions as a powerful neutral tool and an amazing combo extender, landing the sweetspot will put the opponent in 15 frames of extra hitpause and a 1.1 hitstun multiplier. (also its projectile immune during its active and recovery frames)
+Uncharged Dspecial is now fully controllable

~~GENERAL STUFF~~
~Portrait got updated a bit
~Dair animation got updated a bit
~Vfxs added into charge moves
~Improved sfxs for ustrong and fstrong startup
~Tap and hold button has been replaced with a voice mode
+Uspecial air cancels can now summon the coffin
+Uspecial can now properly b-reverse
+Strongs now properly scale when charging (empowered strongs damage adjusted for this change)
+Stances don't get interrupted by moves with no knockback
~New player alt added "Ghostride" alt
~Dtilt animation got updated
~Jab animation got updated

The goal of this patch is to expand on squiglys neutral and advantage in ways that are exciting, I want her to go for more cancel options rather than the tried and true dattack into cancel. This is why fspecial was buffed, why she can now b reverse strongs on cancel, and why she has an airstrong.
