Added obstacle, added additional challenge for faster players.

- Spectator mode added for players who have reached the end
- Removed confetti explosion from first 4 checkpoints as it was overwhelming at larger player numbers (thanks SNK!)

Added final obstacle, added smoke effect to water vehicles & added white lines to later dark sections.

Tightened up a few areas to make movement smoother, added smoke behind fast blue cars.

Fixed log spawn logic.

Respawn is now instant, cleaned up obstacle spawns.
Trying skulls on death for a few later spawns (where bodies aren't possible).
