Added Artillerist

Viper's Proficiency classes all added (all that currently have GTS unlocks).

Added Proficiency Class Plugin: Combat Engineer 2.0 Redux

Note: Proficiency Classes Plugin: Psi Operatives, also released by Mr. Cloista close to the same time, does not have any GTS unlocks (at least not currently)

• Mod rewritten to use script to update the text, all the previous localization changes have been moved to a config file. (Was able to get around the protected summary by extending the base ability unlock class.)
  
• Support Medic class now fully supported, no extra steps needed
  
• Drone Pilot class added

Added setting for the Support Medic (version 1.1 after the proficiency ability rework) as a partially supported mod. Note that the initial plan was to use OnPostTemplatesCreated() to modify the text, but the summary text data member is protected.

The Electroraider mod had a bug fix (the hacking stat used to be too low), this mod's GTS for that class updated to the corrected values.
