Added "Zen_ChessBoard_Static" and improved the chess piece rvmats visuals.

Added cargo to chessboard that only accepts chess pieces. When a player replaces another piece on the board, the 'killed' piece will automatically be moved to the cargo slot to make playing the game more fluid.

There is a types.xml entry for the static chessboard if you want to enable persistence so games don't reset on server restarts.

The static chessboard is an invincible version of the board that players cannot pick up/move. It's designed to be placed using the DayZ Editor or other community tools that allow you to place objects.

This chessboard automatically spawns all of its pieces and will not allow players to remove pieces from the board, so it will always have the required pieces for a game.

Once it is placed in-game it has a lifetime of 9999999 seconds which is obviously a very long time, so it only needs to be placed once. If you're using DayZ Editor then the method I use is to place the object, export the init.c, place the spawn code in my server's init.c and then remove the code after a server restart.
